Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NewOrleans.Football (the "Site"), owned and operated by New Orleans Football, Inc., a Louisiana corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You may create a free account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nof@neworleans.football if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer paid subscription tiers ("The Standard," "Elite," and "All-22") that unlock additional content and features. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at nof@neworleans.football within 7 days of the charge.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All articles, videos, podcasts, tools, graphics, and other content on the Site are owned by New Orleans Football, Inc. or its contributors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

You may share links to content on social media or other platforms, provided you attribute the content to NewOrleans.Football.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, posts, or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Site.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening
  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Contains spam, advertisements, or solicitations
  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
  • Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

7. Interactive Tools and Games

Tools such as the Mock Draft, Trade Calculator, Signal, and Blitz Pickup are provided for entertainment purposes only. Results, predictions, and projections are not professional sports advice. Leaderboard standings, badges, and game scores have no monetary value and may be reset or modified at our discretion.

8. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts related to breaking news, new content, games, and other Site activity. You may disable notifications at any time from your account settings or your device settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEW ORLEANS FOOTBALL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
