Saints release Matthew Hayball
The Saints will once again have a new punter.
The team waived Matthew Hayball on Wednesday, meaning that James Burnip and Kai Kroeger will battle for the job over the next few weeks.
Hayball beat out Lou Hedley for the job last year.
This will mark the fourth punter the team has had in the five years since Thomas Morstead was let go.
QB Hunter Dekkers to re-signed to fill the empty roster spot.
