Aaron Glenn brought Marcus Williams into his office after last season ended and started showing him video clips.
Glenn didn't want to hide from the issue, and neither did Williams. They watched clip after clip of the safety tackling or trying to tackle. Some were good. Some weren't. One of the most talented safeties in the NFL had a clear area of improvement. The only way to see the other side was to stare into the problem.
