You can't fake the emotion that came out when Winston discussed the impact Drew Brees has had on his career. The excitement he expressed about being back here, embracing his role, and being prepared to compete and exceed expectations all came across as genuine.
There is no doubt that Winston's mind is in the right place. Now, he needs to go out and show that he can get the job done on the field.
